Create a ShockAi account

Creating an account on the ShockAi platform for uploading sessions and events from ShotTrack devices.

Prior to using the ShockAi app, it is necessary to create an account on the ShockAi website. The following are the step-by-step instructions, accompanied by screenshots (at the bottom) to assist with the process.

  1. Go to www.shockai.co and click the 'Sign-up' button in the top right corner

  2. Users have the option to log in using their Google or Apple ID, or by entering their email address. It is recommended to use a password that is at least 6 characters long. Afterward, click the 'Get Started' button.

  3. Upon completion, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Please click on the 'Confirm your email' link in the email to proceed with the account creation process. If the email does not arrive within 1-2 minutes, kindly check your Spam/Junk folder.

  4. In order to proceed, please provide the name of your organization (company name) as well as the display name (your own name). Then, click the 'Continue' button to proceed to the next step.

  5. You now have the option to include additional members in your group. If you choose not to add other users at this time, you can simply click 'Skip' at the bottom of the page.

    To add a member, please enter their email address in the specified box. If you wish to add multiple people, click on the 'Add another one' link and input as many email addresses as needed. Once you have added all the members, proceed by clicking the 'Continue' button. Any users you've specified will receive a signup email.

  6. You can now access the ShockAi website or download the ShockAi app.

    If after 5 minutes you still don't have an email, it's advisible to ask your IT department to add [email protected] to the list of safe contacts.
